Managing Your Membership

You will find below some handy information to assist you throughout your membership, for any additional queries please get in touch with our Membership Services Team.

Renewing Your Membership

Two months before your certificate expires we will send an email inviting you to renew. Once we receive your membership fee, we will process your renewal and your certificate will be available on the members portal to view and download.

Please contact Membership Services if you require a VAT invoice to pay for your renewal.

Failure to renew within 28 days of your certificate expiring, will result in your membership being cancelled and you will need to reapply.

Your assessor will contact you during your new membership period to arrange your next assessment.

Planning For Your Assessment

Our existing members will receive an assessment every year. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with the process before hand.

Making Changes To Your Membership
Adding A New Site Or New Unit

If you wish to add an additional site, unit or vehicle to your existing membership you will need to submit a new application and payment. The new certificate will expire on the same date as any existing certificates. This is so all sites can be reassessed at the same time. Please contact Membership Services and they will send you an application form to start the process.

Transfer Applications

If you are taking over a site from another member please notify Membership Services and they will send you a paper application form.

Please note: we no longer accept transfer applications for chicken sites.

Extended Break In Production

If you are having an extended break in production you must let us know immediately. We will update your certificate to an INACTIVE status. Once the site is restocked, please let us know and we will reinstate it.

Please note: should your current certificate expire before you return to livestock production, we will cancel your membership and you can reapply as a new applicant to the scheme.
