The Coronavirus, also known as COVID-19

As Covid-19 continues to plague our lives and upset our collective ways of working, we are adapting to ensure that we can provide the same level of trust and high service that you have come to expect from us and that your customers have come to expect from you.

At present we are in phase one of our three-phase plan to return to standard on-farm in-person assessments. The contactless protocol which we formulated together with our certification body is fundamental to ensuring

the safety of both you and our farm assessors as we return to on-farm assessments.

In many instances, we are still conducting remote or desktop assessments. The decision to do this is based, as ever, on maintaining the safety of everyone involved and attempting to stem the spread of the virus.

The second lockdown which is in place from 5 November to 2 December has not altered our approach to assessments; they will still only be carried out in agreement with both parties with some exceptions (as per phase one of our return to normal plan).
